- To manage business development & marketing of Ayjal proposition across UAE.
- To work closely with the branch distribution & direct sales team to ensure that financial objectives of Ajyal are met.
- To harmoniously work with various stakeholders to provide quality on-boarding experience to the customers.
- To ensure that revenue and volume targets are met as per the approved financial budget.
- Originate New to Bank (NTB) Ajyal customers as per the budget taking help of direct sales & branch channels.
- Manage relationships with leading education institutes like universities & colleges having high percentage of Emirati Students.
- Arrange sales kiosks & conduct micro-marketing programs at the education institutes.
- To understand specific evolving needs of the customers by conducting focus group & research in liaison with the product team and HR.
- Conduct marketing program using digital channels, Social media like Instagram & other relevant media to create visibility & customer pull of Ajyal.
- To ensure that agreed service expectations of the customers are met.
- Ensure that new to bank customers are properly handed over to the respective farming teams within retail business to provide seamless experience to the customers and ensure proper customer lifecycle management.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal / external regulations & policies. Ensure that bank’s compliance, AML & KYC policies are followed at all times.
- To support the management on an ongoing basis in various projects wherever retail team’s presence is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail banking experience
