Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Unit Manager, Real Estate- Corporate Banking) according to the following:
Provide leadership and hands on guidance to the assigned Marketing Team, maintain existing relationship and solicit acceptable new customers and new initiatives, to achieve pre-set financial / non-financial objectives.
Plan the annual marketing strategy of the Team and ensure establishment of appropriate account plans to attain business focus and roadmap the budget.
Review the existing portfolio to maintain / enhance the deposit figures, quality and control the risks attaching, whilst exploiting opportunities to maximize revenues.
Identify and segment target market and develop new business to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities (including cross sell for syndications, project financing, Abu Dhabi, Cash Management, Islamic Banking.
Develop strong working relations with the Regulators and introduce new products and explore opportunity to get the mandate from the Regulators in different Emirates and GCC to enhance deposit base.
Develop strong working relations with all existing clients at the decision making level, to position MB as their bank of first choice.
Review and initiate policy changes, as necessary, to suit evolving business conditions.
Implement Controls in line with the bank's policy and guidelines issued by the Regulators, liaise with Engineering Dept and Operations to attain a satisfactory rating.
Ensure proper staffing of the team, and also train, develop and motivate the Team to meet the bank's objectives in achieving first choice status for both employees and customers.
Specialized in-depth knowledge of the Bank's policies and operating systems.
Strong credit and legal knowledge and marketing skills mandatory.
Balance Sheet management knowledge is also required.
Proven leadership qualities is imperative together with strong interpersonal and communication ability.
Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience is required.
