Société Générale bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (Head of Sales Trading Cash Equity (m/f/d)) according to the following
Maintain and develop Equity Sales Trading presence in Germany as part of Société Générale’s service proposition within EEA
Develop Société Générale’s profile in the market through trading volumes and market presence, enhance individual reputation amongst clients as reliable market maker
Develop long term relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism and in line with regulatory requirements
Participate in industry events, provide content to related articles and represent Société Générale
Pricing and execution of relevant product transaction on behalf of Société Générale’s clients while ensuring that all the procedural guidelines
Grow the business in line with the Société Générale’s objectives and in co-operation with other stakeholders
Identify and introduce / refer cross-selling opportunities to other MARK business lines
Actively support enhancing IT development of tools and systems to develop Société Générale’s trading capability and efficiency (e.g. automation, pricing engines, development of analytical tools and new hedging as applicable, etc.)
Promote Electronic Trading Services
Maintain up to date intelligence on market initiatives and products in the trading environment
Maintain understanding of financial markets, competitors and clients to develop own trading position
University degree or equivalent
Several years of Investment Banking/ Financial Services Industry knowledge and experience
Strong senior stakeholder with excellent contacts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability and proven track record to interact and communicate convincingly at all levels with the key decision makers in a variety of business lines, management and control functions across the bank
Ability to develop relationships based on trust and professionalism
Fluency in German and English
Entrepreneurial and self-reliant with strong commercial background
Sales and profitability driven
Solution-focused, service-oriented and proactive
Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
Strong team player who proactively shares information and collaborates with others.
