Citi Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (CGME Markets Business Manager (Hybrid)) according to the following
The role will be part of the CGME Markets business management team and will be responsible for leading external audits from start to remediation.
The role will include interactions with regulators and external auditors as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders from the Regulatory Liaison Office to the Markets businesses and functions partners.
Lead and coordinate external exams from auditors and regulators, including on-site visits.
Coordinate audits list of deliverables with stakeholders from the businesses and functions as appropriate.
Produce responses to auditor’s requests for information or official letters.
Actively participate and own where appropriate the remediation of findings from external auditors and regulators.
Monitor remediation status and escalate as appropriate any execution/delivery risk.
Produce reporting to governance forums on progress on audits and remediation status.
Manage the administration and update in iCAPs of the issues and CAPs related to external and regulatory audits.
German language proficiency is a must
Master’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate book of work across multiple departments.
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to challenge status quo and bring new ideas to the table
Previous experience in audit role or regulatory office functions preferred.
Understanding of Financial Markets a positive
Ability to work independently in a cross-border environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate globally across diverse groups.
Problem solving mindset, addressing root causes and thinking long term.
