• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for the cash management products/channels, in line with the bank's overall business objectives.
• Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Project Management: Oversee the phase-wise rollout of features, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Service and the vendor to launch new products/offerings.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all features and updates comply with relevant local and international financial regulations.
• Documentation: Create detailed user guides, FAQs, and manuals for internal and external users including Forms/Agreements.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs (revenue/drivers), monitor performance (volumes/throughput), and create reports to measure the success of the platform.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and technological trends in cash management solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years in product management, preferably in Fintech or financial services.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Cash Management solutions, SaaS platforms, cloud computing, API integrations, and mobile app development.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations applicable to cash management services, both local and international.
• Project Management: Proven experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements. 
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and motivate teams.
