Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Senior Processor - Retail Operations) according to the following:
- Responsible for Programming & Preparation along with Configuration change of Point of Sale including GPRS, Desktop, Branch Pin pad Terminals.
- Provide Technical support to sales and service team for all kind of Terminal related issues.
- Co-ordinate with vendor and Mashreq IT team for any software related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of POS machines to the merchants within UAE as per set SLA's in dual controlled environment
- To Program ecommerce merchants in Mastercard Gateway and CyberSource systems
- End to end UAT testing for various acquiring POS and e-com programs.
- Programming and configuration of M-POS and key injection for e- socket terminal.
- Final testing of POS before deployment & Resolve POS complaints on daily basis.
- Conducting Quality Checks for all device configured before dispatch to Business.
- Onboarding and Checking setup of MasterCard Internet Gateway System (MIGS & MPGS) for all the merchants to enable Online Payment for all Card Schemes.
- Experience with EDMS, PRIME, Terminal Management System (TMS), and ORACLE Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of Mobile POS Solutions.
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and Data Trackers
- Governance of daily/weekly/monthly terminal programming
- Ensure adherence of policy and procedures related to POS and Ecommerce, review of documentation as part of original documents review.
- Regular review of terminal stock and intimate business for stock status .
- End to end knowledge on POS and Ecommerce processes and the impact .
- Handling of Change Request, review of BRD, FS for any new changes, support UAT team for in UAT execution and sign off. Adherence to Change management guidelines
- Terminal document management, tracking of terminal deployment documents
- Operational risk management, RCSA submissions,
- Manage Monthly - MER, KRI, RCSA and Reconciliation reporting within the timelines
- Service management and escalations, Customer complaints review and resolution
- Review of system access reviews periodically to ensure the user access levels are in accordance to the job profile
- To be the central point of contact for various terminal and ecommerce configurations
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in Cards Operations Acquiring domain
- Preferably candidates with hands on experience in POS and Ecommerce configuration, vendor management and thorough with compliance procedures and mandates.
