• Engage collaboratively with the development team to strategize, execute, and oversee product development sprints. 
• Deconstruct features into actionable tasks, offer explicit requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure punctual delivery of top-notch software solutions. 
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and subject matter experts within the banking and finance sector. 
• Collect feedback, comprehend pain points, and validate proposed solutions to ensure customer-centric product development. 
• Drive innovation in products alongside cross-functional squads and devise inventive strategies to deliver exceptional digital solutions for our customers.
• Formulate and present product visions and proposals to the leadership panel whenever necessary. 
• Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize them as a fundamental basis for team concentration and priorities. 
• Must be updated on industry trends, market demands, and customer requirements to drive innovation and establish a competitive edge. 
• Business Acumen: Understand the business goals, revenue models, and market dynamics that impact the product's success.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years in digital product development and leadership of a single or multiple Agile squads.
