RAKBANK announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job Performance Testing Engineer according to the following

• Manage/execute the Performance Testing by applying different techniques & types (Load, Stress, Soak) based on the requirements. 
• Work closely with BA/Dev/QA to understand the requirement and deliver the PT strategy and Plan in order to achieve the organization goal. 
• Will be responsible for submitting PT report and recommendations to ensure we deliver good customer experience products. 
• Build modular automated performance test scripts to identify potential issues with the application or environment.
• Create Test Plan and Strategy as per Project Plan.
• Running tests on computer hardware or software programs to identify problems or measure performance.
• Analyze performance results and produce relevant reports and quality metrics with suggestions for improvements.
• Identifying Performance issues & report the same to respective team and follow up till closure.
• Research new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations.
• Should have strong knowledge different PT tools (JMeter etc..) and techniques.
• 5+ years’ experience in PT Testing of S/W & H/W.
• Strong knowledge in PT techniques and different types of Tools.
• Manage Team, Team Work, Issue Analysis and troubleshooting and Architecture & Techno Functional Knowledge.
