- Assist with all Government procedures related to Trade License, SEWA, DEWA, Municipality approvals.
- Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
- Prepare all applications pertaining to the Government of each Emirate.
- Closely monitor & follow-up on the validity period of Trade Licenses as and when required for necessary action.
- To ensure all PR correspondence is accurately written in Arabic & English.
- To confer with Senior Officer – License & Invoicing on closing issues that may require Senior Officer advice.
- Miscellaneous tasks to be outlined based on business needs & work requirements.
- Job holder is responsible for ensuring that all documentation with Government Departments are in compliance with regulation of Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labour.
- Job holder is required to travel to the relevant government institutions for completing the task assigned.
- This position is guided by Senior Officer – License & Invoicing
- High School Graduate
- PRO Card
- 2-3 years practical experience in Public Relation.
