- University promotion with Master Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent
- Multi-year experience in IT Management, IT Operations, DevOps and IT Infrastructure. Ideally in banking/finance sector, as well as experience in strategy relevant functions including management of managers
- Very good knowledge of IT organizational frameworks like ITIL & project management
- Long term experience in managing internal and external IT service providers
- Ability to structure precise prioritization and to proactively take responsible actions
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking, as well as high orientation for risk, quality and customer service
- Fluent English is a must, basic German and French skills are a plus
