• Archive all appropriate files and documents as instructed, so that later they can be identified.

• Escalate promptly if any incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in every task.

• Respond to customer needs promptly. 

• Adapt to changes with a proactive attitude while staying self-motivated.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of operations or credits.
