National Bank of Kuwait announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Assistant Manager, Operations) according to the following:

• To ensure the efficient processing and control of products handled by Operations in accordance with established procedures with additional daily tasks as directed by the departmental Manager. 

• Processing and Control of all transactions

• Confirmation matching 

• Provide back-up and support for the Senior Officer

• Attend the mandatory AML training.

• Preparation + Checking of deal transactions, manual entries, payments and communications

• Managing Business Request with the Head Office

• Involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new initiatives

• Updating Standard Operation Procedures of the Operations

• Update of all static data

• Reconciliation of all accounts pertaining to control functions. 

• Data Input 

• Ensure Superiors are fully informed about developments and activities of the area

• Participate in training and development

• Review and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and countries regulatory requirements.

• Drafting and updating procedures for operations back office. 

• Filing and Archiving

• Position Keeping

• All other duties as directed by Management.

• University graduate

• Demonstrate a good level of ability in both English and Mathematics

• Minimum 5- 7 years experience within a similar environment.

• Basic knowledge of Systems 

• Good knowledge of Operations and Reconciliations

• Good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processors (Excel and Word) and their use in reporting.

• Good knowledge of Banking operations and products
