Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Sales Manager - Business Banking. SME - Sales) according to the following:

• To lead a team of Business Bankers and deliver the team sales targets. 

• The jobholder has to drive efficiency in the sales process, coach new joiners and lead by example by their own personal sales.

•  Achieve monthly sales targets of the TEAM.

•  Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key SME Markets.

•  Ensure staff achieves all KPI and KPA standards that include phone calls and face-to-face visits besides monthly financial targets.

•  Control daily activity i.e. Calls, Appointments, Meetings, Closures, References, Cross Sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.

•  Coach staff by joint visits, train on product, KYC & AML Policy, upskill staff on sales objections and presentations.

•  Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.

•  Ensure that team understand the KYC guidelines while onboarding the business banking customers.

•  Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.

•  Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to enhance the cross sell opportunities.

•  Acting as an external personal contact between the bank and its existing and potential markets.

•  Conducting micro marketing activities that include participation in various SME events and other direct marketing activities.

•  Record keeping of all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.

•  Ensure Team participation in all activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.

•  Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written

•  Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.

•  Graduate any discipline with 5-6 years banking sales experience.
