• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

• Overseeing the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• Monitoring and analyzing procurement expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with procurement activities.

• Preparing and presenting reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to internal and external clients.

• Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

• Unquestionable integrity and a genuine desire to help others.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the services industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
