Emirates NBD announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Cash Management Manager) according to the following:

• The job holder will help in developing the Cash business portfolio, encompassing both physical and electronic cash products. 

• The job holder will be responsible for driving Cash Sales initiative through identifying cash business opportunities in both existing portfolio as well as sourcing NTB clients to achieve targeted revenue for cash product/ service. 

• Identify opportunities in the existing portfolio as well as through onboarding of NTB clients.

• Drive the achievement of Cash management targets.

• Ensure product profitability for respective CASA, Payments, and Collections products.

• Drive Channel usage. 

• Promote throughput enhancement through channels.

• Responsible for identifying new product opportunities in coordination with the product team for Cash Management products and services.

• Promote new and existing products with proactive marketing of Cash Management initiatives

• Participate in client/ product events to gather market intelligence for generating leads as well as inputs on new products 

• Obtain crucial customer feedback for developing strategies to be adopted for further market penetration.

• Provide market feedback on pricing/ sales strategies, ensuring that our product strategies are in alignment with market practices and market acceptability.

• Bachelor’s Degree Desirable – Post graduate management degree.

• 12+ years of banking industry experience with Cash Management experience for the last 8 years. Should have a good understanding of Cash Operations.

• Ability to develop product strategies.
