- The Branch Manager has direct accountability of the Branch's financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery.
- The responsibility spans across all segments of customers.
- A great deal of customer contact and internal interactions with support and control units are part of the role.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction y resolving escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
- Drive branch sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets, including promoting bank products and services and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Manage branch operations efficiently, including cash management, transaction processing and compliance with regulatory.
- Recruit, train and develop branch staff to maximize productivity, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulations to mitigate operational and financial risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customer to drive branch growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas of improvement and implementing action plans as necessary.
- Holds diploma/ bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking with 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge on banking products and services.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data.
