  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 
  • Lead & Manage bank’s outdoor activities, road shows, joint promotions & presentations to companies to promote banks products and services. 
  • Provides a superior level of customer relations and service and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures. 
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Maintain strong and useful relations with Key Personnel in Organizations, Frequent visits to random customers to acquire updated market pulse. 
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually and maintain timelines. (Liability is the main focus). 
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. 
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options & resolving internal priorities.

  • Prepare market studies for potential customers and existing competition to select best suitable action plan for the short and medium terms. 
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. 
  • Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities. 
  • Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.

  • Responsible for all relationships within his/her portfolio including but not limited to the money laundering, financing of terrorism and sanctions risks associated with each customer. 
  • Always acts in the best interest of CBI to highlight any concerns related to a customer’s personal and / or financial behaviors and activities. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all actions required by Internal / External Audit are completed in a timely manner; and where any actions are passed their agreed due date, these should have explicit and minuted approvals from the CEO. 
  • Takes ownership of exiting and / or restricting business relationships with existing, new clients or categories of clients where required, to avoid additional risk within own portfolio and across Segment books in general. 
  • Completes any actions required in relation to External Compliance; CBUAE and / or Compliance requests / interactions in line with the agreed timelines. 
  • Manages any actions and requests received by Internal compliance, in adherence to SOP, Policy, DOA, Corporate Governance and Brand guidelines against all agreed timeframes. 
  • In cases managed outside of the deadline, validation of all resolutions must be sought by the Head of Centralized Controls & Governance. 
  • University degree in related field Professional.
  • 5-6 years business development experience in same field. 
  • Skills in using the computer and dealing with the different applied systems. 
  • Full knowledge of the policies and procedures of the retail business. 
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning. 
  • Ability to deal with multi-cultured individuals from varying nationalities, and to be able to focus on the details. 
  • Competitive, Self-confident with a strong personality and good appearance. 
  • Speed and proficiency in performing the tasks. 
  • Patience and calmness when working under pressure, hospitability and flexibility, team-player, responsible and organized.
