RAKBANK announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Officer – Customer Fulfilment) according to the following:
- Manage customer fulfilment - credit administration; credit documentation/limit maintenance function relating to Business Banking and to ensure delivery of quality service to internal and external customers, by adhering to TAT, SLA & internal (Operating Procedures) and external (Central Bank) guidelines laid down for all Customer requests.
- Good understanding of Business Banking products including but not limited to Trade working capital and loans.
- Ensure that control mechanisms are followed, daily reports are verified, and all periodical returns assigned are prepared, verified and dispatched within scheduled time.
- Authorize transactions as per Operating Procedures and ensure transactions are checked and signed
- Ensure no operational losses happen due to errors or lapse in laid down controls and highlight any discrepancies that may lead to risk or financial loss to assistant manager.
- Escalate promptly to the line Manager, any irregularities / incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.
- Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all staff meet the required service standards as per Service Level Agreements or cut-off times mentioned in operating procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels.
- Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalating as appropriate.
- Assist assistant manager (team leader) in ensuring that individuals under supervision have appropriate levels of competency and skills in order to effectively carry out their roles.
- Maintain awareness of the department's Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by assistant manager (team leader) or line manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
- Ability to manage time & prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Collaboration with colleagues across functions
- Fully embrace “Mission Zero” culture. Provide support to Internal & External Customers
- Banking Product Knowledge of the required assigned vertical
- Knowledge of Banking regulations including AML/ KYC
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience (preferably in supervisory roles) in Banking field.
