Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Assistant Manager, Culture & Engagement (Emiratization)) according to the following:

• The role covers supporting across 4 distinct areas that are elaborated one below – these include Employee Engagement, Employer Brand and OD Initiatives related to Wellbeing and Culture. 
• Liaise, coordinate and influence EE champions to shape their overall engagement business change delivery plans and work with a variety of teams to understand the impact of change on people. 
• Support the stakeholders/EE champions to successfully embed the change within the business, maximizing their opportunity to successfully realize their benefits.
• To implement an action plan strategy to work on ‘survey findings’ such as ‘formation of Work groups’, ‘Teams’ or ‘Action Committees’ as well as solutions to enrich employee quality of work life experience. 
• Support executing an effective internal WERise communication strategy Bank wide; including communication for all new and revised policies; lead the change management of the policies new and revised policies, Employee Engagement survey and culture campaigns.
• Support Mashreq in achieving the Engagement Strategic direction and ambition through the following:
• Work with Manager Culture and Engagement to implement a Strategic plan for the creation of an Engagement culture journey within the Bank – this will include (but not be limited to) action emanating from an Employee Engagement survey.
• Develop and implement bank-wide initiatives that are in keeping with the Strategic plan identified above (also elaborated upon in OD Initiatives below)
• Driving engagement globally and locally in all overseas locations
• Review on an ongoing basis the most effective way to keep the engagement metric as a key strategic indicator within the organization (Organization/Manager KPI)
• Assess synergies with other organizational systems (such as Lean) to drive engagement most effectively.
• Create an Annual Engagement and wellbeing calendar. 
• College graduate with a minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of experience of working in a large organization preferably in Finance/Banking sector and/or the OD department.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office.
• Knowledge in administering /super user of Engagement platforms 
• Experience with emerging technologies like GenAI and digital
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness. 
• Good Change and event/project management skills.
• Excellent data analysis and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse people.
• Very good presentation skills.
• CIPD or equivalent is desirable.
