• Independently service and solicit customers for the brokerage desk by carrying out designated tasks on the exchange.
•     Develop individual client base for the UAE brokerage operation.
•     Assist back office in maintaining all deal and customer records.
•     Prepare market commentary for clients and ensure timely delivery.
•     Quote and execute deals in line with advised parameters to maintain profitability on deals. Develop capability for regional equity execution.
•     Develop broad based product knowledge to be able to handle customer deals independently.
•     Maintain, update and provide MIS reports in order to keep accounts track of customer’s profitability.
•     Maintain regular telephonic contact and visit assigned clients to assist deal flow.
•     Handle all account related procedures in the primary and secondary market.
•     Handle all customer queries in relation to the account, exchange, and listed instruments.
•     Adhere to the desk service standards and operating procedures whilst operating deal flow.
•     Be able to communicate investment strategy to clients, and develop independent securities trade ideas and recommendations.
•     Operate directed client accounts and trade under nominee status.
•     Arabic speaking Graduate with a strong numbers orientation.
•     2 years of experience in the domestic stock market
•     Excellent interpersonal skills.
•     Strong marketing exposure.
