• To lead and manage the Islamic private banking and KCG within the bank. 
• This involves developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and ensuring that the team delivers excellent service and advise to clients. 
• He is also responsible for managing budgets, developing and maintaining partnership with other departments within the bank and complying with relevant laws, regulations and policies. 
• He should have deep understanding of Islamic finance principles and practices, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the Islamic private banking division, KCG & Elite division, including identifying new business opportunities, expanding the division’s market share and building relationship with high-net-worth individuals and key clients.
• Overseeing the execution of financial transactions that comply with Islamic principles, including sharia compliant financing, investment and risk management techniques.
• Managing the financial performance of the divisions, including setting targets, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed.
• Leading and managing a team of professionals, including setting performance goals, providing mentorship and support and evaluating employee performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators and other financial institutions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to Islamic Finance.
• Providing personalized financial services to private banking clients, including advice on sharia compliant investment and financing options.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and development and continually seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
• 12 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Islamic Retail and private banking.
