  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation, internal memos, newsletters, etc.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement campaigns and take ownership of all internal communication strategies and working alongside HR for development of content
  • Shape and lead delivery of a wide range of employee communication programs, activities and campaigns
  • Work with key internal senior management to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
  • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative in starting new projects or thinking of new ways in maximizing existing programs to support our employee communication goals
  • Responsible for editorial content and translation for internal and external content
  • Develop content, stories and engagement for use across all internal communication channels in both languages
  • Educate and empower employees regarding EDB's purpose and strategy and their role within the organization
  • Draft and edit content for internal publications and platforms, including intranet articles, presentations, information emails and organization announcements
  • Responsible for developing award applications for EDB and business heads with external parties
  • Have highly proficient written English and verbal communications skills, with excellent copy writing, copy editing and proofreading skills.
  • Creating and delivering communication plans and activities that achieve clear and measurable outcomes
  • Build effective relationships and strong rapport with a wide range of colleagues, including business heads, working collaboratively but also advising and challenging constructively
  • Coordinate with Internal & external stakeholders to build the company brand through enhancing the social media platforms.
  • Support in develop and produce marketing materials, including advertising, collateral pieces, and other marketing initiatives such as annual report, CSR report, Content writing, Posters, Banners, Logo, presentations, speeches, talking points
  • Develop content press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and digital posts.
  • Manage internal and external campaigns and conduct daily follow-up with agencies
  • Manage agency briefings and ensure delivery on time and budget control
  • Work closely with the business units in assessing their communication requirements
  • Support media relations (media round tables, interviews, media invites, press conference, PR and others)
  • Assist in major events (From a communication standpoint)
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings, workshops, and briefings
  • Learns and gains knowledge of company policies, communication protocols and process work flow.
  • Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
  • Gets involved in project assignments and actively contributes by adding value and producing meaningful content.
  • Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
  • Contacting & coordinating with different suppliers including website content developpers and user experience channels.
