Emirates Islamic announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Shariah Audit Associate) according to the following:

• The role of Shariah Audit Associate is to assist the Shari’ah Auditor/Senior Shari’ah Auditor in conducting the Shariah Audit assignments in line with the approved Shariah Audit work program.
• Must meet the “Fit & Proper Criteria” for Internal Shariah Auditors articulated in the CBUAE’s Standard Re. Shari’ah Governance for Islamic financial Institutions.
• Preferable to have a professional certificate in auditing issued by an international organization.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking products. 
• Knowledge of AAIOIFI Shariah Governance Standards. 
• Strong business acumen. 
• Planning and Time Management. 
• Effective Communication and Human Relations skills. 
• Technology Proficient (excel, word, Visio, ability to learn new software).
