Emirates Islamic announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Assistant Branch Manager - Emirati Only) according to the following:
- Implement, monitor, and deliver consistently the processing related services to the customers (internal/external) in accordance with the laid down service standards to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Implement promotions and selling strategies to achieve the sales target (objectives) agreed both for self and for the team.
- Address, resolve and respond to customer issues of an exceptional nature in order to achieve timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Approve or recommend transactions / waivers to deliver timely customer service.
- Identify and implement measures relating to processing tasks, turnaround time and staffing/cost levels in order to improve productivity of the section
- Ensure preparation / submission/ dissemination of relevant reports / returns for management
- Supervise, Appraise, develop, coach and motivate staff to develop skills, ensure required levels of competence and productivity to achieve unit’s.
- Monitor and implement control measures for business unit to ensure compliance/control and reports/ returns submission and to protect the interests of the bank.
- Propose procedural improvements based on periodic reviews, in order to enhance service delivery. Promote CI initiatives and implement approved suggestions to continuously improve levels of sales and service.
- Bachelor graduate.
- Minimum 5 years banking or service industry experience in a similar position/role.
