RAKBANK announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Branch Sales Officer) according to the following:
- Carries out all branch tasks and activities are completed within timescales accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer experience, to (external/internal) customers, and adhering to RAKBANK process and procedures.
- Promoting and selling financial products to meet sales targets. Provides excellent customer service and satisfaction complying the Staff Code of Conduct at all times.
- Performs any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the branch.
- Conform to the requirements of BCM. Maintains awareness of the Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of disruption.
- Develops and maintains new and existing relationships with other departments/customers to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Conforms to the Sales Governance Document and service standards and adhere to it
- Must have problems solving attitude.
- Selling skills, Analytical thinking, fostering teamwork, Initiative.
- Good communication and written skills.
- A desire to contribute to a challenging and diverse environment.
- University degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within bank or financial institutes.
- A high level of knowledge/skills and ability to develop strategies which contribute to achieve Branch Targets.
- Detailed knowledge of Banking products and lifecycle.
