- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for credit cards, personal loans, and employee banking products.
- Drive customer acquisition through direct sales channels.
- Collaborate with product teams to launch new offerings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, implement employee engagement initiatives, and develop a talent pipeline for future growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for credit cards, personal loans, and employee banking.
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and leverage innovative sales channels.
- Monitor and manage budget performance.
- Accountable for achieving annual sales targets as agreed. Such targets include product lines, utilized and income generated.
- Monitoring of progress towards achieving targets is done monthly.
- Sign off on invoices involves and all payments within overall annual cost budget as agreed with the Managing Director Retail Banking.
- Lead and shape the Retail Banking Sales strategy focused on direct sales channels. Oversee a team responsible for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and expanding the customer base.
- Drive the profitability of credit cards, personal loans, and employee banking propositions through both direct and alternate sales channels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in sales with 5+ years in a leadership role within banking/financial services.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, sales acumen, team management, customer focus, and risk management.
