RAKBANK announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Digital Product Manager, Credit Cards) according to the following:
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to retention, as well as the product digital strategy and roadmap for the credit card business.
- Define the product roadmap and product-market fit to achieve the business goals for credit cards.
- Assist in the development of product strategies including new product development, pricing and added value services.
- Monitor and understand external conditions, including markets (local and global), competitions, demographics, and local regulations.
- Closely collaborate with UI/UX and CX team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Closely collaborate with the Marketing team to roll out product and customer communication plan.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to design and optimize the process for customer engagement.
- Act as a project leader and join the UAT for all new product launch initiatives.
- Comply with all the relevant risk governance and internal framework guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with financial products, with a good understanding of the lending and credit card regulations and market practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
