Emirates Development Bank (EDB) announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Manager, Cash Management Operations) according to the following:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize cash management Operational activities.
• Day to day processing of SME and Large Corporate Cash Management transactions, set-up meeting, agree and define service level standards and maximizing productivity of the team.
• Compliance of statutes and internal operational procedures for effective transaction control.
• Assist Head of Operations regarding cash management Processing mSMEs & Large Corporate in implementing changes to internal standards and procedures in line with development in the business and customer requirements.
• To undertake Projects and special duties related to Cash Management Operations as per need.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, and IT to achieve strategic objectives related to cash management operations.
• Responsible for setting up and leading a team that will work across Cash Management Operations verticals to help deliver a unique Operating Model. 
• Collaborating and building an atmosphere of trust with front office and each stakeholder whilst suggesting changes to enhance existing Business Processes in the face of possible resistance and overcoming business and technical challenges.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to manage and overcome user resistance leveraging on experience in conflict management.
• Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set work standards for each of the verticals and monitor team performance KPIs.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree from reputed university.
• 10 years of mSMEs & Large Corporate Back Office Operations experience with a minimum of 5 years in Cash Management Operations.
• Experience working on Banking systems like SWIFT, UAE Payment Systems, T24.
• Sound understanding of Sharia and Conventional Banking requirements.
