• Develop and implement Micro & Small onboarding , business account management ,lending & beyond banking strategy to support mSME ecosystem
• Identify new opportunities and fintechs to support Bank’s growth
• Ensure close collaboration with local data providers and authorities for data request 
• Create & adopt local tech tools for seamless customer journey 
• Digital Banking Subject Matter Expert ( SME) for the bank 
• Implement end to end process & policy in coordination with Risk, IT, OPS and CRAD
• Sign partnership/sponsorship agreements with relevant stakeholders 
• Build and maintain strong external relationships with current/prospective partners/fintech
• Create business dashboards on new business & existing portfolio including new accounts, drop offs, transactions, service activation, and other business insights 
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and unit requirements, policies and standards.
• Create actionable insights for Product & Business Heads to achieve unit’s budgets 
• Participate & represent in regional and local fintech forums to create awareness and attract new businesses 
• Liaise and work closely with Compliance & Risk team to roll out new product programs and monitor existing policies 
• Ensure end to end customer experience and journey for micro and small lending 
• Promote partner’s solution through existing & new marketing channels. Increase CTR and optimize marketing cost for business
• Partner with marketing to make sure that mSMEs promotional activities (campaigns, digital initiatives, etc.) are executed in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Collect and combine all market information sources that could be used in the Bank’s strategy.
