United Arab Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Officer, Retail Credit Administration - Risk Management) according to the following:
- Preparation of facility letters and other related security documents for Retail Banking (Home loan /Personal Loans) in line with Credit sanctioned approved at Credit & Board Credit committee.
- Review of executed Facility letters / security documents /Charge and constitutional documents for Retail Banking in line with Credit sanctioned approved at Credit & Board Credit committee.
- Release of Home loans instruction to Loan operations upon completion and perfection of related security documents
- Maintaining safe custody for Retail lending portfolio.
- Maintaining the highest standard in the documentation and ensure to achieve TAT in all the activities under Retail CAD.
- Performance archival obsolete documents on periodic basis as per Bank Policy.
- Update the Securities into collateral management.
- Scanning of Executed Security documents.
- Update movable securities in EIRC on timely manner.
- Liaising with Legal/ Credit/Retail /IT and other key stakeholders
- Updating deferrals approvals and follow up with Retail & Retail Credit on monthly basis.
- Follow up for security exceptions on monthly basis.
- Preparation of all monthly /Quarterly reports
- Involvement project activities and perform UAT as per the Management requirements.
- Maintaining/updating daily MIS/Production sheet and filing the records.
- Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
- Display UAB Values of Excellence, Experience and Efficiency.
- Managing CBRB CCSYS 2 for retail.
- Follow up for expired deferral/deficient security documents.
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized international education institute
- 2 – 4 years’ minimum experience in handing Retail CAD division.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Advance knowledge and good understanding in the MS office applications.
