United Arab Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Manager, Retail Credit Administration - Risk Management) according to the following:

  • Ensure all work carried out is as per the terms and conditions laid down in the respective Sanctions/Approvals and in compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy & Procedure Support. 
  • Monitor the performance of the Retail CAD staff activities 
  • Review of Facility Letters, facility documentation in line with approval term and conditions for Retail Banking units (Home Loan/Personal Loans) 
  • Review and checking of customer executed home loans security documents in line with approved terms and condition.
  • Release of Limit to Loan Operations team upon perfection of Facility and security documents.
  • Performance archival obsolete documents on periodic basis as per Bank Policy.
  • Monitor the performance Safe custody for all executed security documents for Retail. 
  • Scanning of Executed Security documents.
  • Maintaining of Collateral data base with proper follow ups.
  • Handling the Collateral reporting for IFRS and ECL/ BASAL reporting and collateral management activities and MIS reporting on security exceptions.
  • Maintaining all the Retail Collateral data in the Banks system and reporting on monthly basis. 
  • Maintaining the highest standard in the documentation and ensure to achieve TAT in all the activities under documentation.
  •  Effectively tracking deferrals and follow up for closer and escalate to relevant committees for the overdue cases. 
  • Managing EIRC registration.
  • Managing CBRB CCSYS 2 for retail.
  • Managing Deferrals exceptions with proper follow ups.
  • Maintaining all the Retail Collateral data in the Banks system and reporting on monthly basis. 
  • Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized international education institute
  • 5 – 10 years’ minimum Management experience in handing Retail documentation in CAD division. 
  • Effective communication skills in English. 
  • Advance knowledge and good understanding in the MS office applications.
