- The Supply Chain Management & Business Resilience Lead is responsible for managing and delivering the Supply Chain Management and Business Resilience for the organization.
- Deliver simplification, optimisation and standardization of sourcing related processes in the organization that increases efficiency, transparency, improves risk and control
- Ensure that supply chain category strategies incorporate the needs of business and functional stakeholders within the organization.
- Ensure that the Third-Party Risk Management processes are adhered to throughout the organization.
- Develop benchmarks and scorecards for team that can be used for performance measurement and continuous improvement.
- Manage the lifecycle of all third parties starting from onboarding, ongoing and offboarding
- Support service users in resolving issues with third parties if they are escalated
- Ensure the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Plans are updated periodically, periodic tests done timely and necessary evidences are organized and retained for future reference.
- 8 years of experience working in supply chain management. Preferably with experience in the financial services and technology industry.
- Good understanding of Financial Crime, Outsourcing, Business Resilience, Technology and ICS risks
- Drive to bring in operational efficiency and create exponential success as part of a high performing team
- Ability to effectively collaborate and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles
- Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience of building a relationship with them
- Ability to balance between achieving business goals with the right controls and risk mitigation
- Have an awareness and understanding of new technology solutions available in the industry.
