Mashreq announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Unit Head– Corporate Documentation, Credit Administration) according to the following:

• Ensure the completeness, authenticity and perfection of the credit facility and security documentation.
• Ensure that all important documents (source, charge and security) are properly scanned, made available in the system for effective retrieval and are regularly updated.
• Recommend and approve document management system related modifications, whenever and wherever necessary.
• Manage and monitor the periodic exception reporting mechanism by sharing critical gaps with senior management and their proper rectification and resolution.
• Ensure strict implementation of the credit policies in coordination with credit approval authority.
• Develop and release effective and meaningful periodic MIS to senior management.
• Liaise with Credit management, Legal and clients (if necessary) to comprehend the commercial terms and negotiate with the stakeholders to ensure the bank is fully protected with legal documentation. 
• Develop and improve internal controls on an ongoing basis to achieve increased efficiency and cost saving.
• Job holder must be a graduate with thorough knowledge over Credit Documentation / Credit Administration function and clear understanding of the Credit, Operational, and legal risks associated with incomplete, inadequate, and faulty documentation.
• Sound Analytical, Presentation, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Excellent Leadership & Negotiation skills.
• Thorough understanding of Corporate Credit Documentation in GCC/LMA/US/European Markets.
• Prior experience in documentation workflow or document management digitization projects.
