• Implementing sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management.
• Implement the Sales initiatives set by the Department.
• Maximizing products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs.
• Implementing the detailed sales plans to achieve his target.
• Planning daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.
• Promoting the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.
• Maintaining the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensuring that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.
• Representing the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Financial Sciences from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/ retail banking with a leading international/ regional private bank.
