Emirates NBD announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Retail Governance Manager) according to the following:

• The job holder supports Senior Manager, Regulatory Governance, Business Risks and Controls in developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the bank complies with all regulatory requirements, laws and industry standards. 
• The job holder supports Senior Manager, Regulatory Governance, Business Risks and Controls in ensuring timely implementation of regulatory projects and resolution of compliance issues including KYC remediation within RBWM segment and channels. 
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and identify gaps if any while provide adequate remediation strategies to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the bank complies with all regulatory requirements, laws and industry standards. 
• Act as a key point of contact with Group Compliance and business governance teams to ensure oversight on all regulatory activities such as financial risk crime assessments , KYC remediation and ongoing due diligence 
• Oversight on NPS/CSAT Governance for RBWM and Regulatory Reporting
• SAR Governance for Retail Banking and Wealth Management
•  Graduate with understanding of business, local regulations and current developments. 
•  Conversant with full range of banking products and services 
•  At least 5 years’ experience in Governance in the Financial Sector and a proven track record of consistent performance and achievements 
•  Understanding of all banking operations, product, policies, CBUAE regulations and compliance is needed. 
•  Good knowledge of local and international regulations and AML/CFT laws.
