- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D and TM strategies.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, talent management frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in using L&D and TM software and tools.
