- The key requirement in this role is to drive the right level of sales from the TPSAs, supervise and monitor the activities of the Third party agencies and their sales team, with a view to increase credit cards sales and maximize the potential from each agency.
- Implement the cards product strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with all the controls and policies
- Ensure to drive the right sourcing strategy in the third parties as advised by business/credit teams.
- Manage the key relationships with the TPSA owners and senior management.
- Maximize the level of sales activity within the managed agencies
- Drive day to day engagement with all TPSAs
- Be present in the agencies and ensure application of on-ground sales management and controls oversight.
- Extend daily coverage to all agencies.
- Day to day management of agency’s staff and activities to optimize their performance.
- Provide product/process training to all TPSA agents on a regular basis
- Monitor the quality of submissions across all TPSAs
- Provide constant feedback to agencies on sourcing/controls and overall business performance as advised by product/credit team
- Ensure all agents hired meet the bank’s standards and requirements
- Implement regular sales campaigns and competitions across the TPSA teams
- Provide regular two way feedback between the TPSA and SCB.
