- Assist in developing & designing the Affluent Client Value Proposition (CVP) with strategic operation plans, programs, and procedures to grow the Affluent portfolio.
- Growing the affluent portfolio through consistent new to bank acquisition and campaign construct for client and staff.
- Ensure balance sheet growth, assets & deposits, addressing Operations,
- Assist in implement acquisition programs and global acquisition tool kits
- Work closely with Marketing to build a strong positioning in the market
- Activating sources of leads to achieve business targets (MGM, digital, marketing campaigns, ecosystem, Executive Banking, alliances).
- Prepare localized offers, pitch-book and campaign scripts
- Give inputs for development of product/ service bundles, with a view to aid client deepening and cross-sell across segments
- Improve market probe and customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective management of operational risks within the function and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations.
- The ability to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
- Post-graduate with degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance.
