RAKBANK announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (VP – Advisory and Regulatory Compliance (Emiratization)) according to the following:

• Acting as a first point of contact for regulatory compliance concerns.
• Manage SCA Circulars, regulations , communication, analysis and examinations conducted by regulators
• Manage Conduct Risk commensurate with the Bank’s size, complexity, appetite and maturity level
• Analyze the impact of regulatory trends and developments with respect to processes implemented in the bank and monitor the implementation of the change 
• Implement Compliance protocols as detailed in the Compliance policies of the bank. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements 
• Manage and ensure accuracy and timely submission of Regulatory reports to the appropriate authorities, ensuring Compliance with policies and applicable regulations. 
• Provide challenge and oversight on processes and procedures, and proactively implement suggestions from others for improvement in procedures to enhance the Compliance culture of the Bank
• Take ownership of the SCA Rulebook and maintain the various guidelines for FATCA, CRS.
• Manage the Bank’s key regulators including notices/circulars, Review Gap analysis and Track closure within timelines
• Monitor regulations received and implementation of the same in the bank
• Timely reporting to all regulators as per the guidelines 
• University degree from a well-reputed institution in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking with designation as a Manager or above
• Overall job experience should be minimum 10 years.
