Providing effective functional and technical support for Digital Banking (Mobile/Internet) Applications
Ensuring issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner as per the service level agreement.
Ensure proper usage of Incident, Problem and Change management systems and processes.
Review Incident and Problem management reports and identify action plans to improve KPI’s, as necessary.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Working closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution.
Proactive maintenance of the Applications to ensure stability of the environment.
Deep understanding of Mobile / Internet Banking Solutions (Finacle E-Banking solution preferred)
Should have experience with Java, SQL, and Unix
Understanding of application servers like Web Sphere, JBoss, Nginx, etc.
Understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
Knowledge on monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Dyna Trace, Site Scope, ELK etc.
Preferred to have knowledge of Cloud computing and DevOps concepts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to trouble shoot complex system issues.
Managing competing priorities and operate under pressure.
Should be familiar performing Disaster recovery of systems.
Excellent capability to learn and adapt to changes.
Minimum 5 years of support experience in the Digital Banking Application preferably in Banking sector
Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline.
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
