- Lead an Agile squad in conceptualizing the product vision and roadmap for a specific customer journey, aligning it with the overarching business OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
- Remain updated on industry trends, market demands, and customer requirements to drive innovation and establish a competitive edge.
- Work alongside business to create, prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on market feedback, customer insights, and business value.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the app provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Review & approve design prototypes and user flows.
- Drive innovation in products alongside cross-functional squads and devise inventive strategies to deliver exceptional digital solutions for RAKBANKs customers.
- Formulate and present product visions and proposals to the leadership panel whenever necessary.
- Determine, track & analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize them as a fundamental basis for team concentration and priorities.
- Data driven decision making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Acquaintance with Lean and Agile software development methodologies
- University Degree or Equivalent
- 10+ years of cumulative experience, including a minimum of 3 years in digital product development and working in an Agile squad environment.
