- Support the Emiratisation initiatives and activities through the company's annual business plans, policies and procedures for the departments and support divisional and organizational business strategy.
- Support Emiratisation initiatives/activities across the Bank.
- Education Minimum University Graduate (Bachelor Degree highly desirable) in HR or related.
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Emiratisation, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
