  • Support the Emiratisation initiatives and activities through the company's annual business plans, policies and procedures for the departments and support divisional and organizational business strategy.
  • Support Emiratisation initiatives/activities across the Bank. 
  • Education Minimum University Graduate (Bachelor Degree highly desirable) in HR or related.
  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant discipline. 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Emiratisation, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
  • Bilingual - Advanced written and verbal Arabic/English language skills.
  • Advanced Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
