Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Relationship Manager - Corporate Cards) according to the following:
- AED 12 mio of new limits (min AED 1 mio per month)
- 36 NTB customers (3 per month)
- 4 onboardings on Paymate (B2B supplier payments)
- Complete all integration/VCP/Lodge card projects within agreed timelines
- Meet sales KPIs & KPAs
- Engage with the sales team (including peers, manager, and other sales teams in the bank) to maximize opportunities
- Work with MSU, CIBG & SME RMs (in a structured manner) to generate leads and follow-up for assistance in closure
- Follow up on CP development and approvals to ensure clients get limits that meet their needs
- Engage with existing clients (in a structured manner) to ensure they utilize the card and generate maximum revenue
- Provide clients with after-sales service & support based on SLAs/benchmarks
- Provide detailed project plans on ERP implementations
- Coordination with IT, Ops, VISA and client teach teams on fulfilling tech requirements
- Conduct periodical training on virtual cards usage to clients and team members
- Remain abreast of market developments in the corporate payments space and drive the product team (and other enablers) to upgrade Mashreq solutions that maximize profitability
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) along with 3+ years’ work experience in priority banking or B2B sales (Corporate Sales experience is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal & selling skills required
- Understanding of transaction banking.
- Fair knowledge of SME/corporate borrowing.
- Awareness of process efficiency, monitoring and tracking/quality tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage and engage corporate clients.
