First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (VP & Area Head- BDU Acquisition - Dubai ) according to the following:

• Responsible for execution and implementation of Sales in relation to Acquisition of assigned products. 
• Role holder is assigned to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong presence.
• Supervision of Subordinates
• Manages the team to Increase productivity and enhance Acquisition
• Organises and supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner and in alignment with SOP guidelines.
• Provides on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
• Ensure that team members are always up to date on product features and promotions.
• Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of BDU leaders & BDU officers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs
• Responsible for tracking the sales leads and achievements for his/her respective team.
• Provide regular feedback to the team leaders for any poor performance in his team and recommend the required actions.
• Work closely with the head of Business Development to ensure the business targets are achieved.
• Good Product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of banking industry trends in the local market
• Good market awareness of product range and pricing
• Good analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
