• To assist with developing, implementing and supporting a set of relevant, innovative and comprehensive digital solutions and services to various client segments and partner ecosystem, and be a key enabler to integrate 3rd party innovation.
• Champion the development and execution of client-centric innovation
• Ideate and develop the product roadmap tied to client needs and based on business and consumer use cases
• Establish creative client engagement models for cross selling Cash and Trade products 
• Identify projects that have strong commercial potential and allocate budgets to test them in the market, develop prototypes and carry out small-scale tests
• Provide actionable insights to senior management on strategic engagements across the digital domain
• Manage, measure and continually improve digital experiences on Transaction banking’s digital channels
• Collaborate with business units, IT and vendors to scope, design and develop strategic initiatives
• Engage with fintech partners to identify and build digital partnerships and develop a true digital eco-system via 3rd party API solutions
• Facilitate decision making for senior leaders by simplifying business and technical discussions 
• Perform competitor benchmarking in the UAE, KSA and Egypt
• Maintain a high awareness of technology and industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or IT engineering
• Graduation in Business / Technology
• 12+ years of banking industry experience with focus in technology, emerging technology & solution architecture.
• Understanding of corporate banking products and services.
• Proven track record of successful transformation projects, leadership roles, involvement in process-reengineering.
• Ability to translate business discussions for technical teams and likewise, technical discussions for business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with good spoken English.
