- Ensure that all processing services are validated/approved and executed as per stipulated standards.
- Provide information support and assistance to Branches/Business Units on their operational issues.
- Undertake specific task in allocated assignments to ensure deliverable in accordance with timelines
- Implement compliance and control procedures in order to ensure that all tasks are performed as per procedural requirements.
- Contact point for liaising with BackOffice in relation to all archival documents
- Manage CB UAE requirements on identifying the account and managing closure with Business and Tanfeeth
- Handle the 4 Cheque Return Activity in line with the CBUAE guidelines to ensure all accounts are closed in timely manner
- Address and resolve day-to-day problems raised by other business units in order to achieve timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Reconciliation of Takaful Payable Account on a monthly basis and ensure correct amounts are being paid to the service provider – MARS submission to be performed for the respective accounts
- Reconciliation of Documents recalled from Archival to ensure all recalled documents have been returned
- Apply up-to-date knowledge of procedures and practices relevant to own area of work in order to ensure accurate work completion and compliance.
- Support in other Ops related projects system UATs.
- Controlling and monitoring of Retail Product Forms by liaising with the Vendor and Business.
- Working knowledge of banking operations/processing and our internal systems like CRM, DocSafe, Finacle CIF, Hadoop, etc. & well versed with MS Office
- Procedural Compliance: Process all transactions/information as per the procedures
- Relevant Higher secondary education with 4 years of stretching experience in Banking Operations.
