Dubai Islamic Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Officer - Payroll) according to the following:

• Prepare staff salaries on monthly basis in timely and organized manner in line with DIB’s policies and procedures. 
• Update staff and leave records in HRMS system and physical filing of necessary documents to ensure accuracy in records. 
• Conduct necessary periodic reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts/GLs. 
• Provide necessary MIS and reports on periodic basis to line manager.
• Record HR advance payments and prepare vouchers/invoices in compliance with department policies and procedures. 
• Assist line manager in periodic review on the policies and procedures to incorporate new regulatory requirements and or any changes as directed by the concerned stakeholders. 
• Liaise internally with different internal stakeholders regarding payroll activities, leave balance confirmation to EOSB team for ex-staff etc. 
•  Recommend improvement opportunities to the systems, policies and procedures to ensure higher controls, efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Co-ordinate with HRMS and project team for system related matters and enhancement. 
• Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLA’s and regulatory requirements to ensure maintain quality standards and risk mitigation. 
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLA’s of the department. 
• Attend to different queries raised by the staff through different channels and ensure providing necessary response in line with DIB’s policies, procedures and SLA’s. 
• Assist line manager in responding to Internal & External auditors Observations and complete the requirements as requested in order to ensure low risk rating
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in Payroll & HRMS Oracle.
