Dubai Islamic Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Manager - Rewards & Recognition) according to the following:
- Assist in preparing & reviewing the rewards policies.
- Manage the promotion and Salary Review cycle including budget proposition, review, recommendation, approvals and execution within the agreed timeline.
- Manage the promotion against vacancy, retention, ad-hoc promotions/salary reviews etc. and review documentation for appropriateness and prepare the recommendation, workings and communication for management approvals.
- Administer the issuance of Promotion & Salary Review letters and Change of Status requests and ensure that all are executed error-free.
- Administer and execute the Performance Bonus exercise.
- Assist in completing Salary Surveys carried out by the different survey providers to obtain validated market information.
- Assist in conducting Job Evaluation exercise as per management requirement.
- Assist Head of Rewards & Recognition in coordinating with NRC secretaries in arranging Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings.
- Assist Head of Rewards & Recognition in reviewing yearly remuneration of DIB board members.
- Maintain MIS and dashboards to support in reward operations and for decision making and management/regulatory reporting.
- Participate in various reward projects and accomplish the assigned deliverables.
- Minimum Graduate in compensation & Benefits, MBA is an advantage
- Banking Products, Services and Operations Knowledge
- Compensation and Benefits Design and Implementation
- Human Resources Records Management
- Management of Vendors / Alliances
- MIS Generation and Analytics
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.
