Commercial Bank International announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Specialist Business Controls And Support Audit) according to the following:
- Assist Head of Business, Control and Support (HBCS) in preparing the annual audit plan for year.
- Plan and conduct independent reviews on the Business Operation procedures across all Bank’s divisions in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Perform fieldwork in the context of engagement planning and scope work agreed with the HBCS and HIA. Work will be performed under supervision of team leaders, HBCS, and according to IA standards and within agreed time frames.
- Perform other special assignments, investigations, policies and standard operation procedures review, and other administrative assignments as and when requested by Audit Management.
- Audit observations are clearly presented in a draft Audit Report and to be discussed internally with the team leaders, HBCS as well as Audited Department’s management and agreed on the action plan target dates, before being the final draft is presented to the HIA for final review and release.
- All field work procedures to be clearly documented by Audit Working Papers and supporting documents, which will be saved and filed in the related IA shared folder and Teammate system.
- Any queries raised by Team Leaders, HBCS as well as HIA during the audit assignment or at while reviewing the audit file / report should be timely addressed with the supporting documents and/or working papers.
- Degree in Accounting/Business Management or related fields.
- professional qualification, i.e. CPA/CIA.
- At least 5 years of audit experience in Financial Institution or large Organization, Audit Firms, etc.
- Demonstrates effective working knowledge and understanding of Auditing standards, best practices, IIA Guidelines, operation and credit risks and controls, with the ability to apply said knowledge for effective and efficient execution of the audit assignment.
- Demonstrates effective working knowledge and understanding of various banking products, services, and operations with the ability to apply said knowledge for effective and efficient execution of the audit assignment.
