  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to optimize customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives. 
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, and action plans to achieve departmental goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Customer Lifecycle Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and individual development. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted customer engagement campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Utilize customer data and insights to personalize communications and enhance customer interactions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Add-on Product Sales: Drive add-on product sales by identifying opportunities to upsell supplementary cards, Easy Payment Plans (EPP), Cash-On-Call (COC), and insurance products. 
  • Implement effective cross-selling strategies and monitor sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer loyalty. 
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify retention opportunities and proactively address customer needs and concerns.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize customer lifecycle management processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. 
  • Identify areas for automation and digitization to drive process innovation and scalability.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance against established KPIs and targets, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards in all customer interactions, data handling processes, and marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor degree. 
  • 5- 10 years’ work experience in related field is preferable.
